Ransomes Europark, Ipswich

Case Study Summary

Norse Security was providing the Land Group with static guarding only at its Ransomes Europark site, in Ipswich.

The client felt changes in the provision might be required and so Norse Security’s Operations Manager was tasked with carrying out a review.

The aim was to assess current levels of security provision on-site and to offer additional solutions if required.

Following the review, it was determined that further solutions could be offered.

These involved a change to the security CCTV and monitoring, as well as to the static guarding on-site, providing the client with a saving for future investment into the site security.

The new solutions were agreed upon and implemented over a three-month period, with quarterly reviews to be carried out moving forward.

The on-site security officers play a key part in public safety at the location and, with the new live feed, the security team and controller are now able to better respond to any incidents.
